Taryn brings more than a decade of executive recruiting experience specializing in Accounting and Finance leadership searches. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations ranging from high-growth private companies to large multinational businesses, successfully delivering talent from Manager-level positions through CFO and other executive leadership roles.
Prior to joining Conexus, Taryn served as a Senior Executive Recruiter with Ascendancy Recruiting, where she led executive searches within the mining industry, partnering closely with executive leadership teams to develop customized recruiting strategies, expand client relationships, and successfully place senior-level talent.
Before joining Ascendancy, Taryn spent more than eleven years with Energy Search Associates, where she progressed from Recruiting Assistant to Director of Recruiting for the firm's Accounting & Finance practice. During her tenure, she built an extensive network of finance and accounting professionals, led complex executive searches, consistently exceeded recruiting and business development goals, and became a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries.
As Managing Director at Conexus, Taryn will focus on partnering with organizations throughout Utah and the broader Mountain West to recruit exceptional Accounting and Finance professionals on both an interim and permanent basis. She will work closely with CFOs, Controllers, private equity-backed businesses, and executive leadership teams to help clients build high-performing finance organizations capable of supporting growth, transformation, and long-term success.
